Paddle Board and Kayak on Winsford Flash
ALWAYS WEAR YOUR LEASH AND A BOUYANCY AID!
WFSC currently has access to and the use of four privately owned inflatable Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) starter boards (subject to availability).
They are approx. 11 foot long by 35 inches wide and they are incredible stable, which means all ages, size and ability can be accommodated.
Winsford Flash is a great venue for SUPs with interesting features and wildlife, with many sheltered areas and access to the river.
That means it is also a perfect venue for canoeing and kayaking. The club is currently constructing a new kayak rack and welcome like minded paddlers of all ages and abilities.

Meet Bill, our First Kayak Member
A warm welcome to our first Kayak-only Member, Bill Bellamy.
Bill is an Ecologist, and what he does not know about birds, creepy crawlies or anything else that lives in the wild, is not worth knowing.
When Bill is not spending time with his family, or cycling with his Club, or volunteering his time showing people round Rostherne Mere, or counting butterflies at Wybunbury Moss, he loves to paddle his kayak.
We think he has picked a great location to base both himself and his boat. Welcome to our Club, and enjoy.
