GP 14 Training in preperation for the 24 hour race

To help get you in the mood for the 24hr race, Ian Foulkes and I will be running some Friday evening trainings over the 6 weeks holidays:
Friday 24th July
Friday 7th August
Friday 21st August
All of these will be in the evening from 6-8pm. We have a few boats available to us, and it will be a first come first served basis, so please let me know if you want to take part on one or more of these dates.
