Open Day May 10th and RYA Pathway Status

WFSC has been awarded RYA Pathway Club status in recognition of all the hard work and days of effort put in by everyone on the junior sailing team. Pathway status indicates that the club has a dedicated junior racing programme and marks WFSC as one of the best locations for youngsters to learn to sail and race. Awarded after a gruelling exam process the RYA were impressed with the training quality, equipment and enthusiasm of the team.

Building on Pathway Status WFSC are holding an RYA Push the Boat Out open day on May 10th 2025, so if you have ever wondered about sailing as a sport why not join us for a day of fun on the water? The day starts around 10 a.m. and is free to anyone interested in taking to the water to have a go or just wanting to watch from the shore. All equipment is provided free of charge and these taster days are a great way to meet the WFSC team and give it a go. See you there!
