Super Summer Season

Following the inaugural winter season of Winsford Penguins, the rest of the club got back on the water at the end of March to begin the packed programme of competition, training and social events.

In particular the junior section are already making their mark on the NW Junior Traveller Series, while the seniors are enjoying the Border Counties Mid-Week Sailing with several podium placings already.

Closer to home we have hosted open meets for Comet and Supernova classes where some good winds have made for great competition and visiting sailors have enjoyed the legendary WFSC hospitality.

Racing on Sundays and Wednesday evenings has seen enthusiastic participation the juniors are definitely giving the adults a run for their money!

And it's only June! Still to come, RYA courses, cross-over day with Mid-Cheshire Stand Up Paddle Boarders, Laser Open, recreational and coaching days and so much more.
